Peter Les  - President Operation

Peter Les is CEO of KA since 2003, and an architect for rapid growth of KA with several strategic initiatives and wide-ranging organization building. Pete has over 18 years of experience in IT industry. He is gifted with tremendous people skills. Prior to this role, Pete successfully lead several SAP implementations in United States and abroad. As a technical consultant, Pete was known for his strong analytical skills and quick problem-solving ability. Before founding KA, he worked with multinationals like Reliance, L&T and Gillette. He holds Masters in Engineering.Pete lives in and works from Boston.

Barbara Cartmell - President Operation

Barbara is currently responsible for marketing the various competencies Advent. She attended Queens College, City University NY, graduated with a BA Degree in Economics in 1988. In 1990, she entered the software corporate sales arena and worked for a Desk Top Software publishing company called TimeWorks and then FutureSource, Software Company that developed Real Time Financial/Commodity Trading Systems. In 1996, went to work for Foundation Technology Services, an ERP consultancy focusing on PeopleSoft, Oracle eBiz and SAP. Her role was to build up sales and eventually open up offices around the country, and this resulted in successfully building the company.

Aryan Krishna - VP Marketing

Aryan has been instrumental in growing the KA revenues in the last four-plus years he has been with the company. He has over a decade of experience in business development, client-facing engagement, and revenue growth. At Advent Global, Aryan is instrumental in handling the West Coast client base, and has been tremendously successful in incubating and growing the firm's business. He has an MBA in MIS and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT-Chennai. KA believes that there is only one way to deliver client expectations: by exceeding them.

Teena Krishna - VP Marketing

Teena is responsible for two business units in India - US Staff Augmentation & SAP Solutions. Teena brings in 12+ years of Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Profit Center Management experience. Since joining KA in 2005, Teena played a pivotal role in creating and running a scalable operation with AGS. She holds an MBA, specialized in Marketing, from Mumbai University.
